Summer is on its way, and we’re excited for all the ways the Campanion app can make this the best year ever!

We know that you’re busy with camp preparations—enrollment, activity schedules, and bunk assignments—so we’ve created these email messages that you can use to tell your camp parents about Campanion and all its features.

Each message includes:

  • When to send
  • Subject lines
  • Email text

Use this content as a starting place and select the messages that fit with the Campanion features you’re using this summer. Then, add in your own unique camp style to get parents excited about using the app. Check out our Marketing Kit to download email headers and app screenshots that you can include in your messaging.

The main points to emphasize:

  • Our camp is using Campanion this summer, an app that connects you to your camper’s experiences through photos and updates.
  • The two most important steps are to download the app and add a training photo.
  • Face Finder delivers photos of campers directly to parents without requiring hours of scrolling.
  • Microposts are short updates that give parents and families a window into the best and most fun parts of camp.
  • Using the Letters features, you’ll be able to login to your parent account and write letters. We’ll print those written emails and share them with your camper.
  • Using eLetters you can login to your parent account to write letters. Responses will be sent back via email.
  • When registration opens for 2022, you can scan and upload forms directly to your camper’s profile.
